Throughout October, we're bringing a taste of Bavaria to Clapham with German beers, one-litre steins, bratwurst, giant pretzels and plenty of reasons to say prost with your mates.

It wouldn't be Oktoberfest without the beer.
Throughout October, we'll be pouring a selection of German beers, available by the pint or, if you're ready to properly embrace Oktoberfest, in a one-litre stein.

All that beer calls for something to eat.
Alongside the drinks, we're getting into the Oktoberfest spirit with German-inspired food specials, including bratwurst and giant pretzels.
Grab something for yourself or order a few bits for the table and get stuck in.

Take Oktoberfest to the Terrace
If the autumn weather plays nicely, grab your stein and head out to The Nel's terrace opposite Clapham Common.
And a little chill in the air isn't going to stop us.
With covered areas, heaters and blankets, you can wrap up, settle in and keep the beers flowing as the evenings get cooler.
Turns out steins and sweater weather work pretty well together.
Oktoberfest Meets Live Music
Now add some live music into the mix.
The Nel has live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so your Oktoberfest plans don't have to end when dinner does.
Come down for bratwurst and a stein, then stick around as the music kicks in.
Thursday brings our Sundowner Sessions, Friday is made for Ultimate Sing-Alongs, while Saturdays keep the party going with live performers.
Oktoberfest just got a little more Clapham.
