Friendmas? Get It in the Diary
Christmas isn't just for family.
Get your favourite people together for a proper Friendmas in Clapham at The Nel.
Grab a table, order the festive food, get a few bottles on the go and settle in for a night with the people you actually chose to spend Christmas with.
Then, once dinner's done, there's absolutely no need to head home.
This is Clapham, after all.
The Work Christmas Party Everyone Actually Wants to Go To
Nobody wants another awkward office Christmas party.
So, ditch the sad buffet and get the team down to The Nel instead.
Whether you're planning dinner with a smaller team, drinks with the whole company or a proper end-of-year party, we'll help you find the right setup.
Come for food. Stay for cocktails. Finish the year on the dance floor.
Out-of-office has never looked better.
Christmas Dinner, The Nel Way
Let's talk festive food.
Our Christmas menus are made for getting everyone around the table, with two- and three-course festive menus available throughout the Christmas season.
Planning something more relaxed?
We've also got food made for sharing, festive bites and buns, perfect for drinks parties and larger groups.
Whether you want a full sit-down Christmas dinner or something guests can get stuck into while they mingle, we'll help you find the right option.
Drinks? Obviously.
It wouldn't be Christmas without a few glasses raised around the table.
From bubbles and wine to cold pints, cocktails, spritzes and alcohol-free options, we'll make sure everyone has something worth saying cheers with.
Start with drinks on arrival. Add a few bottles for the table. Then see where the night takes you.
Christmas Parties with Live Music
Here's where Christmas at The Nel gets even better.
We're known for live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, bringing local artists, big sing-alongs, duos, DJs, sax and plenty of weekend energy to Clapham.
So, why stop at Christmas dinner?
Book your party, get the food and drinks flowing and stick around as the night gets louder.
Dinner to dance floor sounds pretty good to us.
Take Over a Space or the Whole Damn Bar
Sometimes a table just isn't going to cut it.
For bigger Christmas parties, speak to our team about taking over a space at The Nel for your group.
Going even bigger?
You can talk to us about a full venue takeover and make The Nel yours for the party.
Your guest list. Your drinks. Your music. Your Christmas party.
Go on. Take over the whole damn bar.
Festive Drinks on the Terrace
Need some fresh air between rounds?
Our terrace sits opposite Clapham Common and gives you another great space to enjoy The Nel during the festive season.
And colder weather doesn't mean terrace season is over.
With covered areas, heaters and blankets, you can wrap up, grab a drink and keep the Christmas catch-up going outside.
Cold hands. Warm drinks. Christmas sorted.
Christmas Near Clapham South Tube Station
Getting everyone to the Christmas party is easy too.
The Nel is in the heart of Clapham South, just moments from Clapham South Tube Station and opposite Clapham Common.
That makes us an easy meeting point for teams, friends and family travelling from across London.
No lengthy trek from the station required.
Save that energy for the dance floor.
